Today at the Rotary Club meeting, members were privileged to gain insights into stroke awareness from the speaker, Darlene Adams. The session proved to be both enlightening and informative, offering valuable knowledge on a critical health topic.



Darlene Adams, an expert in the field, addressed common misconceptions surrounding strokes and provided clarity on what a stroke truly entails. Through engaging discussions, members learned to discern the warning signs and identify stroke symptoms, empowering them to act swiftly in emergency situations.

Moreover, Darlene outlined preventive measures individuals can adopt to mitigate their risk of experiencing a stroke. Her comprehensive approach underscored the importance of proactive health management and fostering a community equipped to respond effectively to stroke emergencies.
